When "I can't keep doing this" isn't enough of an answer
That question tends to show up after years of being capable, dependable and very good at figuring things out.
Except this one feels different.
Because the answer can't be “just quit.” And it definitely isn't “start over.”
There has to be another option.
Your Next Move is designed to make those options easier to see.
You close your laptop. Except you don't really close work.
You're making dinner while thinking about the email you still need to answer. Somebody needs something. Tomorrow's calendar is already filling up. And somewhere underneath all of it is the thought that's getting harder to ignore:
So you open LinkedIn. Scroll through jobs that look suspiciously like the job you already don't want. Maybe you think about consulting. Building something. Doing something completely different.
Then every possibility comes with another question. When the hell would I do that? Could it actually make money? Am I even qualified to do that outside a company? What if I pick the wrong thing?
The problem isn't that you have no options. It's that they're really fucking hard to see from inside the life you're currently managing.
The problem isn't a lack of ideas
After 20+ years of being awesome at a job for somebody else's gain, there is a hell of a lot more value sitting there than a job title makes obvious.
Experience. Relationships. Judgment. Problem-solving. Industry knowledge. Leadership.
All the stuff that became so normal it stopped feeling valuable.
You've spent 20+ years managing competing priorities, limited resources and complicated problems for everyone else. You already know how to navigate complicated situations.
This time, you're the project.
The hard part isn't coming up with another random idea.
It's figuring out which parts of all that experience could become something different without gambling the salary, security and life it took decades to build.
That's the gap Your Next Move is meant to close.
Inside Your Next Move
A personalized look at the realistic directions that could grow out of existing skills, experience and interests, including the option that makes the most sense to explore first.
A visual way to see what's already consuming time, energy and mental capacity, because having an idea isn't very useful when there is absolutely no room to do anything with it.
The workbook that accompanies your personalized Your Next Move Report, helping you work through what you discovered and turn one realistic possibility into something you can explore in the real world without making one giant, irreversible career decision first.
WHY I BUILT THIS
I had too much shit in my head.
A full-time VP job. Family. Responsibilities. Ideas for what I could do next. Things I wanted to build. Things I needed to do. And this constant thought running underneath all of it:
“I CAN'T KEEP DOING THIS FOREVER...BUT HOW THE HELL DO I MAKE ROOM FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT?”
I didn't need another journal telling me to reflect on what brings me joy. I needed to see everything.
So I started treating my own life the same way I'd treat a complicated problem at work. Get it out of my head. Map what was taking my time and energy. See what I was carrying. Figure out what I actually wanted to make room for. Then strategically work on creating that room.
Basically, I started project managing my way to more choice.
And somewhere along the way I realized: holy shit. This is exactly how women like us already know how to solve problems.
We've spent 20+ years managing impossible workloads, competing priorities, limited resources, broken processes and everybody else's emergencies.
This time, we're the project.
You've built a successful career that looks pretty damn good on paper. You're good at what you do. People depend on you. You make decent money. Walking away without a plan would be ridiculous.
And you're also starting to realize you cannot keep doing this forever.
Maybe you want to know what else you could do with the 20+ years of skills, experience and expertise you've already built.
Maybe you have ideas, but no clue which one is actually worth exploring.
Or maybe you've spent so many years making room for everyone else's priorities that you're not even sure what you want anymore.
You just know you want enough room in your life to find out.
Room to explore an idea. Room to build something of your own. Room to do something that makes you feel like you again.
You already know exactly what you want to do next and just need a resignation plan.
You're looking for someone to hand you a guaranteed business idea or promise you'll replace your corporate salary in 30 days.
You want to blow everything up tomorrow and figure it out later.
Or you're looking for another personality quiz to tell you what you should be when you grow up.
Your Next Move isn't about finding one magical answer.
It's about seeing realistic possibilities you couldn't see clearly before, then figuring out which one is actually worth exploring.

This is the part nobody says out loud
This doesn't have to be a decision about the rest of your life
Burnout has a nasty way of making everything feel binary: keep doing the job that's draining the life out of you, or blow the whole thing up.
There's a hell of a lot of space between those two choices.
Your Next Move is about seeing that space more clearly and finding one realistic place to start. You don't need to figure out the rest of your life. You need enough clarity to manage your next move.
